Flowswithces actuate an electric switch when the flow rate of a liquid in a pipe reaches a certain value.
They consist of a moving element magnetically coupled to a microswitch. The moving element can be installed directly in the pipe or supplied inside a short straight pipe section. It can be a moving paddle or a conical float.
A visual flow rate indication may also be available.
